How to change the default layout for the single game/slot page?

You can change the default layout for the single game/slot page in the Zeus theme settings.

Go to Zeus Theme – Dashboard – Plugin Layout Settings.
In the Games/Slots: Select the default single page layout drop-down list, select the style that suits you.
Click the Publish button to apply the changes.
